Happy Canada Day and happy Friday, everyone!
Yesterday was an absolutely gorgeous day here, so we took advantage of the weather and spent our day walking and hanging out at various parks. First we had a picnic of some delicious vegetarian sushi, where Nanny mastered the art of eating with chopsticks. Max and I were very impressed.
After lunch, we went for a long walk and met up with Karen and Cole to go to Christie Pitts park. We all had a fantastic afternoon there.

Nanny is leaving this afternoon. We have had such a wonderful week with her and we will miss her very, very much. We all can't wait to see her again in a few weeks when we visit Montreal.
First, Nan is really amazing with the chopsticks! I really love how she has taken to eating sushi:)
Second, I have to say that the love and adoration between Max and his sweet Nan is like nothing else! I really do not blame him, as we love her just as much!!!
