Max is getting so big and learning so much so quickly. He is very, very close to walking now: he stands unassisted for long periods and can take steps on his own. Yesterday, he took 5 consecutive steps on his own, which was incredible to watch. I won't qualify him as a walker until he is taking steps to get where he's going most of the time, instead of just some of the time, but he's getting closer every day. He's also getting to be very verbal, and although it's just gibberish, he likes to be part of the conversation. Despite all of this, when he curls up on me to cuddle, nurse or fall asleep, he is instantly transformed into my tiny baby again (despite his considerable weight).

ReplyDeletehe is absolutely adorable! And yay for taking steps :D Alex is pulling himself up on everything but no steps or cruising yet. He's getting there though. Oh and thanks for the comment on my blog. I'm glad you and Max enjoyed watching all the videos I posted of Alex :D
