Baby's First Art Project

This afternoon we gave Max some paper and non-toxic, washable markers. Within seconds he had drawn all over his face, creating a blue surrealist- style mustache. He kept grabbing at the ink of the markers, so his palms were completely covered in it. I wouldn't say that he loves drawing yet, but I have a feeling that he might some day soon. I think I'll try finger paints with him soon, as he will likely prefer a more tactile medium with which to make a huge mess.
At first, Max was pretty excited about the markers

He was working on a very serious piece

Here Max critiques his work and doesn't look happy with what he's produced
