Here is an idea of how Max spent the day yesterday. In the morning, he decided to get up very, very early. After having breakfast and a bath, he had fun playing with some of his toys. As you can see, Max's stuff has slowly taken over our living room. Every day we tidy up, but at some point of the day it invariably turns into the mess you see below. We are learning to accept our new decor.
Next, Max tested out his co-sleeper, which has been converted into a play yard. It's the perfect spot for a nap during the day... although the little guy has yet to fall asleep in it.

| "Aren't you going to get in here with me, Mommy?" |
 |
| "What? You expect me to nap in here all by myself? Ha!" |
 |
| "Looks like we're going to be cell mates, Blue Bear." |
Later, Max sampled some whole wheat tortilla, his first bread product.

| "Whaaaa?" |

| Max doesn't hate it |
Because it was a grey day with rain in the forecast, we took the subway to the Yorkdale mall to go check out the bookstore. We got a couple of great books for Maxibear there. I will admit that these purchases are just as much for Mommy and Daddy, who love to have something new to read to him. Here is a shot of Max, all ready to go out, and one of him and Daddy in the subway station:

Back at home, Mommy and Daddy wanted to clean the house. The little Punim refused to nap, and was too cranky to play by himself during the cleaning process, so Mommy found a solution that made everyone happy:

In the evening, Steve dropped by. Here is a shot of him entertaining Max:
As you can see, our baby boy had a full and busy day. He has actually been sleeping pretty well at night for the past few days. Let's hope that trend continues!
