Park Life

The weather has been perfect for the past two days here, so we have spent lots of time outside. Max particularly loves watching the kids play noisily at the local parks. He also has been loving the baby swings. I don't have any pictures of that because I don't dare take my hands or eyes off him for a second, but I can tell you that due to his chubby thighs I had a hard time getting him out of one yesterday.
Ready for fun on Friday

Ready to head out for more fun on Saturday.
We took a break from walking and playing yesterday and went to Aroma, where Max was obsessed by Mommy's iced mint-lemonade.

Good thing he hasn't figured out how to drink from a straw yet!
Max fell asleep on the walk home, unfortunately missing one of the strangest houses and cars we've seen in Toronto. I will be sure to bring him back there soon to check it out.

The entrance to the house

Almost the entire house was covered in these colourful wooden pieces.
Back at home, the little guy had more fun with food. First he helped mommy shake up the butternut squash to coat it with organic coconut oil in preparation for roasting.

Finally, here are some shots of Max eating chicken, squash and watermelon yesterday:
